Christmas Photos
This Christmas the church was decorated with dozens and dozens of 'Flying Angels'. The angels could be seen around tops of the pillars, along the top of the Rood and in many of the floral window displays. The main floral arrangements were of lilies and together the new concept created an inspiring atmosphere. The tree outside the main north porch was adorned with blue lights which created a festive welcome for worshippers.
The team of voluntary workers are to be congratulated on this refreshingly new approach to Christmas at St Stephen's and thanked for the considerable amount of effort that must have been made. Some examples of this new and unique approach are shown below.
